Psychologists say that it is important to balance our emotions and anxious thoughts. When we are feeling down, it is important to find ways to boost our mood and when we are feeling anxious, it is important to find ways to relax. There are many different techniques that we can use to balance our emotions and anxious thoughts, but it is important to find the ones that work best for you. Experimenting with different techniques and finding the ones that work best for you  can help you to feel more balanced. The BEAT 101 course will provide you with some techniques that you can use to balance your emotions and anxious thoughts.
